Currently we are looking for a cleaner (Städare) for our Hemstädning operations in Malmö. The job is initially offered on part time basis (50 to 60 hours monthly) but, depending on performance, can be increased to 70 to 120 hours within 6 months.
How does it work?
Our regular Home cleaning service is different in many ways. For instance, we do not provide cleaning materials and cleaning equipment because we have a policy to minimise spread of infections resulting from use of cleaning equipment in more than one place. We are members of Asthma and Allergy association Sweden and follow their guidelines in our home cleaning operation. It also means that our customers enjoy higher degree of freedom in choosing cleaning materials and equipment. Our cleaners also finds this arrangement liberating because they do not need to carry equipment and cleaning materials each time they visit a customer's house for cleaning.
We provide work schedule and clear work tasks well in advance to both our customers and our cleaners to ensure smooth operations. Thus both our workers and our customers know well in advance about what, when, where and for how long their services are required.
Wages, insurance and pension
Our employees and our operations are fully insured. We provide wages, all relevant insurances and pension to our workers.
Job Requirements:
• An ideal cleaner should:
• be tidy, polite and punctual.
• have no criminal record. Police clearance
required.
• have no pending issues at kronofogden.
• have some cleaning experience, preferably
hemstädning experience.
• must speak either English or Swedish.
Knowledge of Urdu language will be added
advantage but not a requirement.
• be able to commute within Malmö city and
surrounding areas. Driving license and personal
vehicle will be extra advantage but not a must.
