hela Sverige Vision Service is looking for an experienced "Hotell Städ Arbetsledare" for the beautiful Varbergs Kusthotell.

You will be assisting the housekeeping manager in:
Overall operational for housekeeping department,
Quality check of rooms, conference and public areas
Staffing of the hotel's housekeeping departments
Part of the job is as well cleaning rooms and public area when needed.

We imagine that you have 1-3 years of experience with cleaning from one or more hotels. I have been part of a management team and is confident giving feedback to a team in both Swedish and English. You have high energy and a extraordinary drive. You see the hairs and fibers that others do not see and you take pride in provide the best service and cleanest rooms to the hotel guests.
About you:
You need to have experience from a similar position from the hotel industry
You must be able to speak English and Swedish
You are bursting of energy!
You create your overview by keeping track of the details so you can prioritize tasks on very busy days
You have experience with Excel and computers in general
