Job: IT Business Analyst
Group/Team: Hill-Rom, Liko AB
Location: Luleå
Reports to: Manager of Business Relations IT, situated in France
BACKGROUND
As an expert in the field of patient transfer and lifting solutions, Liko has been a part of Hill-Rom since 2008.
Founded in 1979 by Swedish engineer and designer Gunnar Liljedahl, Liko's expertise is based on over 30 years in business, specialising in products for the safe lifting and transfer of patients in the healthcare environment. The Liko brand portfolio includes high quality and innovative lifts, slings, transfer aids and lift accessories.
Today, Liko is fully integrated in the Hill-Rom organization and has transformed from an entrepreneurial and product oriented company to a global company. The site in Luleå is shifting it 's focus from product to production to become even more efficient and capable of supplying the global market with high quality products. In an effort to reinforce this change, Liko is now looking to hire a IT Business Analyst.
Missions
Integrated into an international IT team (5 team members) you'll provide support for systems and processes. You'll also serve as a consultant to the business in order to translate business requirements into process or technical systems solutions.
Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst you'll be responsible for gathering and understanding business requirements and translate them into creative solutions, taking into consideration the value of what will be delivered so as to prioritize work.
Your assignment will be from requirement to detailed specification, coordination with developers, testing, acceptance, documentation and post go-live support. You may act as project manager from time to time depending on demand. This will give you the opportunity to develop project plans, resource requirements, timelines, dependencies, and budgets.
Your area of expertise will be from the Supply Chain area (logistics, manufacturing, quality...) to possibly Finance if needed.
Profile
Having an engineer diploma or equivalent, you have good knowledge of software management, ideally ERP skills (JDE/SAP). Your analytical skills are mandatory and technically oriented, preferably within development. Being ITIL certified or at least knowing ITIL best practices would also be appreciated.
You are organized and can work both autonomously and in teams. We would also like for you to be problem solving oriented. Furthermore you have good communication skills and ideally 5-10 years' experience in a similar position.
Your English is fluent.
