HomeWork® AB is one of Sweden's largest home cleaning companies, with more than 1,100 clients. We are currently looking for experienced cleaners, who can clean private houses and apartments in the Göteborg, Kungsbacka, Malmö and Lund regions.

The work is performed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m, and you can choose to work full-time or part-time.

Because we only employ staff who want to work with cleaning as a real profession, we require, however, that you work a minimum of 50% of full-time (that is, at least about 20 hours per week), and then on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

The salary is between 130 and 145 SEK/h (116.10 and 129.50 SEK/h + 12% vacation pay), depending primarily on your clients' ratings. Our minimum salary 130 SEK/h is higher than in collective agreements, and more than many other cleaning companies pay. On average, a cleaner at HomeWork receives 138 SEK/h (123 SEK/h + 12% vacation pay).

To be eligible, you should:

1. Have at least one year of documented experience from professional cleaning of any kind
2. Be reliable, friendly, and service-minded
3. Speak good Swedish or English (Please note that Swedish is NOT a requirement)
4. Have a residence or work permit in Sweden
5. Plan to work for HomeWork at least 50% of full-time for at least 12 months
6. If requested, present a certificate from the Swedish criminal registry (Belastningsregistret)
