As a Heat Power Engineer at Climeon you will work close to our customers that are located in different parts of the world, which means that you will travel a lot, up to 160 days/ year. You will work with the Climeon Heat Power module and with all surrounding subsystems connected. The work will be carried out in close collaboration with Research & Development and the Delivery department. You will have a wide variety of tasks which includes everything from electronics, mechanics and PLC control system, inhouse at headquarters as well as on-site installation & commissioning at Climeon 's international customer base. Your tasks will include supporting installations and existing systems, advanced problem solving, deploying systems in production environment, participating in new system delivery projects and short notice support services internationally.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have a technical degree, preferably within Power electronics/electronics , automation, maritime or similar and relevant hands-on working experience from servicing, operating, maintaining and troubleshooting equipment. Since our modules will be set across the globe, this role includes a lot of travelling. Therefore, you must be able to travel for both short- and long-term assignments year around. You need to be solution-oriented and have communicative skills since this role involves customer interaction and support internationally.
We prefer if you have a Swedish electrical installation authorization (A or B or equivalent) and additional language skills besides English (Swedish & Japanese) although this is not a requirement for the position.
