The role resides with Global Medical Affairs, part of Global Marketing, at our headquarter in Mölndal/Gothenburg, Sweden. You will be responsible for the central management of health economics across therapy areas and products. Thorough understanding of commercial strategies and priorities is key. Your expertise is important to support ongoing business as well as new product development projects. You will have stakeholders and close collaborators across the organization, including local markets.
Responsibilities
To initiate and manage health economic projects.
To search for and analyze external data and scientific literature.
Reimbursement know-how and oversight.
Develop sales-/promotion-material to demonstrate the value of products, solutions and therapies.
To manage a relevant network of internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications / Background
Relevant academic degree within Health Economics, preferably MSc or above.
It comes natural for you how to optimize health economic evidence to support business needs.
A background in similar roles within Medical Device is an advantage.
You have a proven commercial acumen.
You understand how health economic and clinical evidence are interlinked.
You are proficient in English (verbal and writing).
Swedish speaking is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
The preferred candidate has the drive, endurance and capability to set, and execute on goals and KPIs. You 're comfortable acting in cross functional teams as well as independently. You take initiatives, are creative and rise with a challenge. You have a positive attitude, and you are a strong communicator who is perceived as highly professional by peers and stakeholders.
We prefer you to be based at our headquarters in Mölndal/Gothenburg, but we are open for a remote position within Sweden for the right candidate.
