hela Sverige Do you have experience from and a genuine interest in international trade and corporate banking? We are currently looking for someone with a proven track record in a leadership role within our field to lead our Trade Finance Services Dept in Stockholm.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Manage, participate and lead the Export Team and the Guarantee team in Stockholm in their daily work
• Strategic Leadership. Be part of the management Team to develop and carry out strategic mid to long term goals for Trade Finance Services.
• Actively form, improve and develop processes and current ways of working.
• Take measures to further develop staff with regards to competence and business knowledge.
• Manage future recruitments for the Stockholm Teams
• Participate and collaborate on projects common with our other Trade Finance units within Swedbank
• Start a new journey together with the teams to further improve on our new systems.
What is needed in this role:
• Strong leadership skills with capability to lead by example and to create an environment of trust. Experience of having led teams previously, preferably within Trade Finance or similar field.
• Several years of experience from working with Trade Finance products and corporate clients engaged in export/import. Good knowledge of letter of credits, guarantees, documentary collections and receivables.
• Good communication skills with an ability to motivate and inspire.
• An understanding of the importance of building relationships with clients as well as with internal stakeholders
• A successful track record of working with improvement of processes
• Operational Excellence. Strong drive to run a tight ship.
• High integrity and a genuine interest to deliver a high level of service to our corporate clients
• Some experience from working with improvement of systems
• Education within finance/economics
• Knowledge of KYC/AML-processes in a banking environment.
• Excellent Swedish and English also with regards to writing. Additional language knowledge is an advantage.
