Strengthen the employee experience
As the Head of Talent & Performance Management within our Group HR team you will lead, accelerate and embed a standardized approach within these areas at NKT globally. Together with your colleagues, you will have an important role in reinforcing the NKT employee experience through a diverse scope of activities such as:
* Optimizing our talent & performance processes and frameworks inspired by external best-practices
* Facilitating selected executive talent & performance reviews
* Upskilling your global HR colleagues to lead talent & performance activities locally
* Partnering closely with our HR Operations team to ensure that systems and tools support the seamless execution of all talent & performance activities
As our Head of Talent & Performance Management, you will be part of a diverse, international HR team of around 70 colleagues spread across multiple locations. You will report to the Global Head of Organization Development. We are looking for the right match to join our team, so placement of this role is flexible, with the preferred location close to any of our offices in Sweden, Denmark or Germany.
Credible and collaborative specialist
To fully thrive in this role you are a person who knows and likes to stay updated about current trends in talent & performance management. You undertake and execute with ease a broad span of projects and initiatives with multiple stakeholder groups. To be successful as our Head of Talent & Performance Management you are a collaborative networker who values and gets energized when building and developing relationships internally and externally.
Besides the above we believe you have:
* Certifications and/or familiarity with prominent psychometric and coaching tools e.g. Hogan, etc.
* Experience working in Success Factors would be beneficial
* Fluency in English
