Job summary
Combine expands, and will this year open an office in Stockholm. We are now looking for a leader who will establish our business there. In the role, you are expected to contribute to the business growth with the focus of sales, recruitment, and to deliver value to our customers.
We are looking for a leader who can deliver world-class team coaching and shape the mindset while we grow.
Your responsibility comprises
• To lead the start-up process of our office
• Set the marketing, sales and recruitment strategy and work accordingly
• Develop the team
• Make sure things happen
• Proactively contribute to the Combine's leadership team and the long-term development of the company
In this role, you will report to the CEO and work in close collaboration with your colleagues in the Combine leadership team.
Your profile
We want you to show us how your leadership and experience can exceed expectations.
To be successful in the role you should have:
• Relevant academic background, MSc, or MBA and experience from a Software development domain. A bonus if previous experience also involves sales management
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to influence and network with relevant contacts and able to leverage relationships
• You radiate positivity and a "can-do" attitude
• Familiar with concepts in the domain of Data Science or Control Systems
• Proven leadership experience
• You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and high energy environment
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and presentation skills
• An innovative and open mindset to let you succeed in a company in the start-up phase
• Capability to make things happen
