Edvirt is a training and VR company that operates in the tunnel and mining industry. We develop new technologies that we use to train operators and improve production processes. Our main area is concrete spraying where we are the global market leader in terms of training and certification. We are now looking for a new key person for our team - a Head of Sales & Delivery, Sweden who will be responsible for selling and organizing our training courses and products on our home market.
Work description
You will be in-charge of our most important market - Sweden. You will be central in our company and deliver according to budget and sales targets.
Your main duties will be to plan, sell and deliver our tunneling and mining training courses, which contain both scheduled classroom training and on site assessments. This will involve administrative work in planning the courses together with our partners and consultants. The sales process will involve close contact with our current clients at mine and tunnel work sites and to establish relationships with new ones. You will thereby work as a "personnel competence expert" for our clients and your goal is to have them come to you when they need to up-skill current or new employees. The delivery of courses will involve you being the organizer and the person in-charge.
You will also work actively with marketing on the web and at exhibitions. Edvirt will e.g. during 2020 exhibit at Bergdagarna (Stockholm), the World Tunneling Congress (Kuala Lumpur) and MinExpo (Las Vegas) and you will have an important role in organizing this.
Experience and personal qualities
You have have an university degree or similar and have at least 3 years of experience of B2B sales.
You have also worked in the construction, mining, tunneling or education industry.
You are very structured and Excel is a dear friend of yours, which is essential in your planning work.
You are a real do:er and also social, service-oriented and prestigeless. You like to travel and meet people and you have no trouble handling people at different levels in an organization - from workers to CEOs. You are also a problem solver that does not mind "rolling up your sleeves", putting on work gear and going out on work sites.
You speak and write Swedish and English fluently and have a driver's license. Additional languages are advantageous.
Responsibilities and activities
• Responsible to meet budget and sales targets.
• Planning and scheduling training courses together with the internal team and external partners and consultants.
• Sell training courses, which will involve different "media" - web, exhibition, phone and inperson sales.
• Deliver the courses being the organizer, contact person and person in-charge on the courses.
• Your home market will be Sweden, but you will chip in and take over international sales leads when needed.
The Head of Sales & Delivery, Sweden will work in the sales team and report to the Head of Business Development. Edvirt in an early stage and as the Head of Sales & Delivery, Sweden you will have great possibilities to grow with the company and get additional responsibilities, like being in-charge of other countries and market.

Start: Immediate or according to agreement.
Location: Based in Gothenburg or in Stockholm (if preferred).
Salary: Fixed salary and sales commission
