Head of Sales Digital Enterprise to Digital Factory / Process industries and Drives
We are now looking for a visionary leader to join our team as Head of Sales Digital Enterprise with a clear mission of defining the next step in promotion of our concept Digital Enterprise for the Division Digital Factory / Process industries & Drives. You will be part of a close collaboration with the other Nordic Siemens organizations regarding the implementation of our Digital Enterprise go-to-market strategy.
The challenge
• Foster innovation and growth by promoting the latest technologies. Identify opportunities and create business models to expand, optimize and transform the business
• Based on Key Account Management, you will support our sales of digital products and services to selected customers in co-creation with the respective customers
• Define together with Division Management the digitalization strategy framework for the division and support turning it into actionable reality. Design and lead strategic projects / program opportunities
• Communicated externally and internally the vision of our digitalization strategy positioning Siemens as a thought leader in digitalization
• Develop and maintain a digitalization program roadmap - coordinate and align digitalization initiatives across division, region and HQ
• Understand the relevant business and market context (e.g. goals, business decisions, relationships of key determinants, constraints, trends, areas of innovation)
Who are you?
• You are an engineer or other relevant technical education
• You have a experience and a background in IT and/or automation
• You have deep knowledge and interest in the digital transformation, including the technologies and business drivers that exist in the industry
• You have 3 to 5 years of practical experience in implementing digital technologies
• You have a strong Sales Management profile and experience with Consultative Selling
• You have a large customer focus and respect for customer expectations
• You are outgoing and good to convey a message
The role is affiliated to our office in Stockholm - Solna, but some travel activities in the Nordic and Baltic countries will be part of the job. You need to master Swedish and English in writing and orally and it is valuable if you have experience of working in the Nordic and Baltic countries.
