In our pursuit of making the world more sustainable, we are looking for a Head of Product to take both our internal and external software products to the next level
As Head of Product you will be part of the Product management team, reporting to our CPO Joakim Grönvall (
https://www.linkedin.com/in/jgronvall/) (he won't mind if you stalk him a bit). You will be leading a team of Product owners and designers (5 people in total) with the purpose of creating a market leading SaaS service for solar enabled homes.
Our long term vision is also to focus on making our internal processes and installation more efficient through new solutions and improved efficiency you will also be in charge for creating a product suite tailored to homes with energy production. You will work closely together with our different product teams tying the knot between hardware integrations, energy retail, installation, and financial products, such as leasing, to provide the end user with a seamless user journey. Adding to the complexity Svea solar is also currently active on five European markets which all have slightly different demands.
Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring that the product meets the needs of our users.
• Lead and coach our team of product managers
• Develop and drive product strategy, work closely with key stakeholders to shape and prioritize features and initiatives.
• Own the product roadmap, working with the executive team, product managers, and other stakeholders across the company.
• Drive and implement said roadmap together with the product team as well as other departments
• Define and monitor the company relevant KPIs and control of the measures to achieve the objectives set
• You set and rally your team to achieve measurable goals
