Dubb & Co is a brand new vegan takeaway restaurant that offers plant-based dumplings and bubble tea to families and friends living across Sweden. We are passionate about creating delicious fast food whilst looking after our health and our planet at the same time. Our food is for everyone, not just vegans!
Our tasty vegan dumplings are worth their name in gold, we rule out any animal who contests our dough. But some of you might say: I want my meat, and I want my fowl, we say you wouldn't notice the difference. Together with food scientists, we have made sure the texture, flavor, and nutrients are in the right balance for your needs.
The business is to grow rapidly and we are looking for like-minded people to help us in our mission to bring plant-based food to as many people as possible. Eating a vegan diet could be the "single biggest way" to reduce your environmental impact on the earth. Join our mission.
About you and the value you bring
We are looking for you who want to join the Dubb & Co team as our Head of Operations! You will be based at our HQ in Gothenburg and work as a sidekick to our CEO.
This newly created role would be perfect for you who are experienced in working in the restaurant business and want to take the next step into senior management. You will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for opening up new restaurants, incl. recruitment, training employees, and quality checks of food and service.
Your responsibilities:
• Restaurant operation - setting up new restaurants, recruitment, and restaurant management.
• Customer experience and service - Training, development, and quality assurance.
• Cooking and delivery - Quality assurance of high volumes of gourmet fast food. Quickly and efficiently to the highest possible standard.
• Kitchen management - Assisting our restaurant managers with scheduling and staffing, routines for overall food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene standards as well as stock ordering and logistics to ensure the kitchens are always fully stocked.
