As Head of Marketing you will be a core member of the group senior leadership team in the Nordics and spearhead our next growth phase. You will work closely with the entire organization and directly alongside the Group executive and the management teams in Sweden, Finland and Norway. You will be responsible for the group’s marketing and for building the best marketing team in the Nordics with the key goal of creating brand awareness and high quality leads. You will also be responsible for the groups other brands e.g. Sharper and CV-Secure.

The job requires well-developed interpersonal skills, you need to be able to inspire people and motivate them to work for a common objective. Being generous in giving feedback, both positive and constructive, is essential in building your team from scratch. We expect you to be equipped with a lot of energy, great performance management skills and a strong mind for business. And finally, you need to be a motivated, demanding and extraordinary leader, since we can promise you a challenging road ahead.
There is no specific background that we require but you must love sales and have a passion for excellence. You should have a great understanding of digital marketing. In the beginning you will be responsible for all our marketing deliverables including our value statement, digital marketing channels (including newsletters and social media), employer brand, websites (including SEO/SEM) and marketing material. This means that you have to love to be hands-on, have the ability to prioritize your time to the most critical areas and know how to use basic editor, marketing, digital and SEO tools. Secondly, we consider it a great strength if you have worked in a company with a strong digital marketing strategy that has earned a reputation for a strong culture, great sales and entrepreneurial growth.
