In the role as Head of Management System, you work on HSSEQ (health, safety, security, environment and quality) issues within our unit in Jönköping but also at an international level within the KTC Group. We are at the forefront of technology development and you have an important role to play in ensuring that our management system has a high level and thus support our main Business.
Your overall responsibility:
Implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the integrated KTC group HSSEQ management system (health, safety, security, environment and quality) in accordance with the company strategy, department objectives and cost-effectiveness.
We offer you a stimulating range of tasks where you will mainly work with:
• Ensuring that the HSSEQ management system fulfils the requirements of the ISO standards.
• Contributing to communicate the HSSEQ policy, supporting the objective setting at relevant functions, levels and processes.
• Managing the HSSEQ management system documentation, deploying and controling it.
• Cooperating with the process owners and supportingthem.
• Reporting to top management about the performance / KPIs.
• Supporting the handling of bids, proposals, tenders and projects in regard to HSSEQ system matters.
• Organizing, planing and conducting internal system audits, collaborating in supplier audits and project audits.
• Preparing the management review report and coordinating proposals for necessary actions.
• Supervising and coordinating corrective, preventive and improvement actions/measures.
• Working together with the corporate and global team on specific projects, HSSEQ documents & reporting.
To succeed in this role you should have several years of experience as a Quality Manager with responsibility for HSSEQ (health, safety, security, environment and quality) or similar role, preferably in an international environment within technical, industry or production.
Our ideal candidate is a cooperative team-player with leadership skills and high self motivation. Furthermore as a person we want you to be analytical and have project management thinking. You are good in argumentation and conversation.
You should have an appropriate engineering degree and Certificate for ISO 9001 and / or ISO 14001 and / or ISO 27001 manager and / or auditor. To succeed in this role it is required that you readily handle English, in both speech and writing.
