Do you want to join us in challenging the Swedish telco market? As Head of IT at 3 you will be an important driver in taking 3 to the next level and continue to grow in the Swedish and Danish markets. Your focus will be to drive change and efficiency in all areas of IT development at 3. You will have the opportunity to do so at an award winning workplace together with fantastic colleagues.
We are now looking for a new Head of IT to secure that we continue our awesome IT Development organization at 3. You will be driving our business transformation from the IT Development perspective, securing the implementation of a new IT stack over the coming 2-3 years, continuous development of the IT department and its people and cost efficient and business driven way of working. You will report to the CTO of 3 and responsible for IT Development in a fast paced growth company.
As Head of IT you will:
• Have the responsibility for the IT Development organization at 3 supporting our Swedish and Danish operations. To help you out you have a management team consisting of four business domain managers. IT Development is approx. 100 employees and approx. 80 consultants.
• Lead the organization in the day to day operations and priorities as well as securing a focus on the long term strategy to meet our business challenges.
• Secure a business driven mindset and way of working within IT where everyone in the organization has a strong focus on collaboration.
• Coach and develop you management team as well as securing the right leadership, competence and culture throughout the IT organization
• Secure that IT at 3 continues to be in the forefront of IT development
We are looking for candidates with an academic background in a relevant technology field having at least 10 years of leadership experience, preferably within an international IT organization. You have at least 3 years of experience in working with agile methods, and preferably scaled agile. You have proven business acumen and demonstrated experience of delivering telecom BSS (Business Support Solutions) across several markets.
As a person you are equally passionate about technology and business. You are brave and engaged in your leadership style, and you lead others by example. You have the ability to successfully delegate to secure execution of long-term strategic priorities as well as the here and now. You have a talent for coaching and developing people and you are secure in communicating at all levels in the company. You have a natural drive to collaborate and inspire through transparent leadership.
