About the position as Head of Finance
As Head of Finance, you will be accountable for and manage the four following departments: Controlling, Accounting, Asset Management, Performance Management. This position includes guaranteeing and maintaining staffing levels both in a qualitative and quantitative sense in order to ensure the realization of finance deliverables and missions. On a daily basis you will identify process development to ease decision-making, oversee the production of financial statements in accordance to local and IFRS norms as well as present short and midterm budgeting (business and profitability forecast for the company) and follow-up. While drafting, implementing and monitoring the annual plan for the Finance department, you will also promote clear communication about the objectives set for your departments. With both analytic and conceptual views, we believe you have the ability to dig into the processes and figures to support the team when needed as well as maintaining and develop the collaborative relationships between the teams and departments to create synergy benefits. Together with the CRFO, you will be able to contribute and apply organizational awareness to the execution and the monitoring of the company strategy as a whole.

a curious, empathic and attentive leader who have experience in building self-driven teams. You are a solution-oriented person and you prefer being close to operations to help out your teams when needed as well as knowing when and where to delegate. We believe you are a pragmatic and reasonable person, who find ways to the solution with focus on results.
Our wishes:
• Academic background in Cooperate Finance or similar
• Minimum 10 years of work experience at operational level in a financial department
• Relevant supervisory and management experience
• Experience of working in an international organization
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Swedish preferred
