The brands will differ in aesthetics, assortment and suppliers but are equal in service and price positioning creating KAYO, a modern marketplace connecting premium brands with conscious athletes.
Today the company is going both digital and international, building a seamless omnichannel solution. They are now looking for their new Head of E-commerce that will take lead on building KAYO as a brand of the future.
Your role
In the role you will have the unique opportunity to build a strong and successful e-commerce as part of an omnichannel concept that will expand globally. Your main responsibilities include:
Building a successful e-commerce platform for KAYO
Being essential in building the KAYO brand
Take lead on projects regarding scaling up an e-commerce platform, such as campaigns, newsletters, content etc.
Lead and build a team of high performing coworkers
Identify and establish new partnerships
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve and streamline the organization
Be a driving force in Kayo's efforts to further develop processes and streamlining internally and within the industry as a whole
As Head of E-commerce, you will drive projects all the way from idea to implementation, you will report directly to KAYO's CEO, Marc Nylander.
Your qualifications
You are seriously passionate about e-commerce and can identify market drivers within fashion
Minimum 5 years of experience scaling up fast growing e-commerce companies
A data-driven approach with great interest in the commercial business
Background in a leading role from a multi-brand e-commerce is a strong merit
Excellent communication and presentation skills
You are driven by being on an entrepreneurial journey and possess an unpretentious professionalism
You hold an academic degree
Native in Swedish and professional in English, both written and verbal
