* Present complex material to stakeholders targeted appropriately to their role and level of understanding and supporting others to do so
* Collaborate and interact with a variety of stakeholders and with colleagues in Group Architecture, to secure architectural deliveries and outcomes that are aligned across the enterprise and realise Nordea's strategic objectives
The role can be based in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway or Poland.
Who you are

* Are above all focused on delivery of high quality, sustainable change in alignment with the business strategy
* Have the ability to work with other architects, developers, delivery leads, as well as C-level executives to deliver on and demonstrate Group Architecture's value proposition
* Communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation and communicate complex concepts in clear and understandable ways to build understanding
* Guide and advise stakeholders to resolve architectural issues to support the implementation of the target state
* Drive strategic discussions for evolving the architecture to deliver improved customer experience, reduced complexity, cost efficiencies, improved agility, reduced risk, or improved business capabilities
* Keep focus on your own continuous development and learning, as well as mentoring others to build knowledge and improve their overall effectiveness
