ODIGEO, Europe’s largest Online Travel Agency, resulting from a merge of eDreams, GoVoyages, Opodo and Travellink is looking for a Head of Ad Sales Nordic based in Stockholm to join our Advertising Sales team for the Nordics.
We are looking for a professional focused on sales and highly experienced in online marketing: media agencies, internet portals, direct advertisers, etc. As an individual you must be proactive, results driven and with a high level of client relationship management. You will coordinate and manage a small team.
Candidate profile
The Head of Ad Sales Nordic will be in charge of business development and creation of new accounts on the Nordic market by executing the strategies outlined by the company.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Identify and develop client’s portfolio, whether from tourism sector as any other business interested in promoting their products through Internet.
• Have a perfect knowledge of the online advertising market in general and the Nordic market in particular. This involves detailed knowledge of all the related terminology in terms of creative, advertising and statistics, among others.
• Create customized presentations adapted to the different profiles and needs of customers.
• Establish and maintain contact with both advertisers and any of the intermediaries in this sector, advertising agencies and media centres, among others.
• Maintain and develop your own client portfolio establishing long term relations which can increase customers' investment in the company.
• Support in design and planning of the advertising campaigns based on the identified needs of potential customers.
• Follow up on new customer accounts and make them grow and develop.
Required Skills
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the Nordic online advertising market: either commercialising online spaces for a web or planning online advertising campaigns in an online media centre.
• University degree related to Marketing or E-Commerce.
• Native or proficient in Swedish. Fluent English speaker.
• Deep knowledge of the Nordic online and traditional advertising market. It is highly appreciated to have a portfolio of clients and/or online media contacts.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, specially MS Excel and Power Point.
• We are looking for a professional focused on sales and highly experienced in online marketing: media agencies, internet portals, direct advertisers, etc. As an individual you must be proactive, results driven and with a high level of client relationship management.
Preferred skills:
• Online IT knowledge
• Experience with DART or/and Sales force.
• Knowledge of other languages among the following: German, Italian and French.
