As a Hardware Engineer at The Techno Creatives, you 'll get to work with the entire process, from ideation and specification to PCB design, verification, and product development. The mission of your job is to find the best possible solution to our customer's digital problems in delivering prototypes, Proof of Concept (PoC), or Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for maximum scaling or demonstration.
Key Outcomes within your responsibility:
• PCB Design
Design and develop PCBs and relevant CAD models.
• Component Sourcing
What components can we use to develop a prototype and what can we use to scale production once the MVP is underway? Be the person people turn to when considering different sourcing possibilities.
• Coding
Write bits of code for verifying your prototype. Read and understand existing firmware code. Compile and bootstrap on for instance ARM microcontrollers etc.
• Testing, Verification, and Remedy
Verify your electronic design and remedy any issues that arise.
Lead rig production from ideation to choosing and ordering components e.g. building a sample wooden or steel frame, assembling complete elements (installing and wiring a complete chair), and pulling cords.
• Optimization and product development
Based on error reports, customer feedback, new customers, and real-time data, propose and make tweaks, changes, and optimizations of components.

• PCB design and building prototypes
• Having worked at a company with hardware that is developed in-house
• Coding for prototypes, firmware, and/or ARM microcontrollers using Embedded C, Python, Rust, and/or Elixir.
• Building rigs for demos and experiences.
