hela Sverige We are seeking a dedicated Hardware Engineer with technical knowledge in optics and valve electronics to join the PVD department.
As a Hardware Engineer, you will play a crucial role as a technical advisor in projects, conducting fault investigations, performing tests, and collaborating with our workshop, as well as supporting other departments and suppliers.
This position requires understanding of electronics, measuring equipment, and fault investigations on printed circuit boards with components.
We are open to both recent graduates and candidates with a few years of experience in the field, as long as you have an education in electronics and a technical interest. Practical experience and proficiency in handling oscilloscopes, soldering of printed circuit boards, and laboratory equipment are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining, and fault tracing electronics for HVDC valves and similar applications
• Designing and maintaining optical and electronic components and Fiber systems
• Handling product requirements and participating in fault investigations and development projects
• Improving working processes and conducting product lab testing
• Supporting assembly teams and collaborating with various departments
Desired qualifications:
• Degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or optics
• Technical interest and eagerness to work on practical and theoretical issues
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of Swedish being advantageous
