Our school is a part of the organisation, Internationella Engelska Skolan i Sverige AB (IES). Internationella Engelska Gymnasiet Södermalm (IEGS) is an international school located on Södermalm with a strong academic and multicultural tradition, committed to helping students develop to the fullest of their potential. IEGS is just a two minutes walk from Skanstull's T-bana.
We currently offer four Swedish national programs and the IB Diploma Program, which all qualify you for university studies in Sweden or abroad. All courses, with the exception of Swedish, Civics A, Law and Modern Languages, are taught in English. We are a school with fundamental values; we offer the students a secure working environment, good discipline and professional care. The position:
Internationella Engelska Gymnasiet is a diverse and vibrant teaching community. IEGS seeks to employ an enthusiastic, qualified teacher in Swedish and geography (teaching in English preferable). The candidate should be able to teach at the national programs.
If you are a teacher who is comfortable teaching in a truly multi-lingual environment, you will enjoy this position. Are you the committed teacher we are looking for to help us maintain our high educational standards? You will be a part of a team of international teachers and staff, whose working language is English.
