About the position
As Group Web Lead at Camfil you are responsible for the Web & Online Customer Experience at Camfil Group. You are the Subject Matter Expert and work together with local marketing teams to share best practices and optimize their performance. You develop, coordinate, and collaborate on global and local projects both internally with different stakeholders, and externally with agencies and suppliers, to deliver sales leads, build brand equity.
The role is broad and includes a wide array of responsibilities and opportunities. You will:
• Develop and execute the Web & Online program aligned with Camfil strategy
• Be the internal web expert and support and advise local marketing teams on how to optimize and align their web with local needs.
• Manage the technical and functional aspects of the websites, including architecture, design, content, performance, security, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Ensure that the websites are user-friendly, accessible, and optimized for search engines.
• Secure website documentation, policies, and procedures, including style guides, content standards, and accessibility guidelines.
• Monitor website performance, analyze website traffic and user behavior.
• Drive global campaigns in close collaboration with regional and local marketing teams.
• Identify opportunities and drive platform development in collaboration with our digital agencies, content developers, design departments and commercial organization.
• Communicate performance, business opportunities and status for key initiatives to senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations for next steps.
• Contribute to the development of lead generation process, marketing automation and lead scoring models to drive sales.
The role is a full-time position, and you report to VP Group Marketing & Communications. You will be a part of the Group Marketing & Communications team consisting of 7 people supporting the Camfil Group with Global initiatives for Regional and Local support. The team operates from centrally located offices in central Stockholm.

To succeed in the role we believe that you:
• Are an analytical and data-driven digital marketing professional with a broad understanding and competence within digital marketing in a B2B context.
• Have relevant experience working in Web focused roles at an agency or inhouse.
• Have a high level of technical knowledge and are used to working in CMS (SiteCore), PIM (InRIver), DAM (Qbank). CRM Marketing (ClickDimensions), E-Commerce (Intershop), Analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Content Square or similar)
• Are a strong communicator with excellent verbal and written English language skills with ability to influence decisions cross-functionally using your expertise.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, setting priorities; thrive in a fast-paced and global environment.
• Experience from managing multiple simultaneous projects in an international organization.
