Your role
In this role you will work tightly together with R&D in our cross functional value stream.
Product Individuals & Product Adaptations value stream develop, maintain and support applications that are needed for vehicle rebuilds and software updates in the service market. Our applications are used globally by Scania's service markets and also at different parts of R&D. Service market consists of around 1900 workshop and 15000 technicians which places high demands on availability and performance.
Your responsibilities
Support your development teams, help them grow, remove hinders and enable them to become high performing.
You engage your teams to get in contact with their end-users to understand their needs.
Building trust and relations within the whole value stream and acts as your teams ambassador across all of Scania.
Creating a team climate where innovation is a given factor and where ways of working can develop and continuously improve.
Motivating, engaging and developing the people in your teams.
Driving the development to ensure great collaboration and efficient ways of working between your local and distributed, diversified teams.
Being a member of the section's leadership.

You probably have an IT education at university level and/or equivalent experience.
