Job Description
• Controlling and monitoring the Group's three finance companies
• Suggest forecast and budget targets for the leasing business unit
• Process responsible for the credit cycle including the collection process
• Develop, communicate and establish appropriate indicators for monitoring the leasing business
• Monitor and analyze the consolidated lease portfolios; risk/reward analysis
• Enforce and harmonize the leasing process in the Group's companies
• Project manager for development and implementation of the Group's new leasing scheme
• Contact with banks
• Perform ad hoc tasks within the Group Finance
Profile
• Educated to a MSc Degree level in finance
• At least five years experience of lease controlling, credit management and/or risk management
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach is essential
• Experience from working in an international environment
• High integrity and distinct communication skills
• Drive with a sense of urgency
• Good skills in Excel is essential
• Fluency in English, both orally and written
