Whatever your interests or skills, Fujitsu has a role for you. A position you can develop into, and which will offer real responsibilities from the start. A role you can make your own. This 2 year development programme will provide the support you require to achieve your full potential.
Alongside your chosen role and the training you undertake in your business area, you will embark on a comprehensive 24 month modular development programme. These modules will cover key skills such as self-awareness, leadership, business awareness and business knowledge. Your development will come in many different formats; from structured training events, to mentoring and responsible business (CSR) projects. The programme modules will be delivered in different geographies within EMEIA.
Project Management Graduate:
As a Graduate in Project Management, you are trained to become a Project Manager. First, as a Junior Project Manager, you will assist the project management team in delivering small to medium sized projects on schedule, within budget and to the level of quality agreed with the customer.
Collaborating with our customers, both internal and external, a Project Manager will start off by supporting Senior Project Management professionals to ensure quality planning, control, and assurance practices on all aspects of project definition and delivery. Within a relatively short period of time, you will be trusted to pick up work packages, and deliver these within a project or programme environment to our customers
During the Graduate Program, you will be working in a full-time job, with real responsibilities and targets

Who are we looking for?
Our Graduate programmes are open to students who are eligible to work in Sweden and will have completed their Bachelor or Master's degree by September 2019. We also require that you are fluent in Swedish and English.
