Whatever your interests or skills, Fujitsu has a role for you. A position you can develop into, and which will offer real responsibilities from the start. A role you can make your own. This 2 year development programme will provide the support you require to achieve your full potential.
Alongside your chosen role and the training you undertake in your business area, you will embark on a comprehensive 24 month modular development programme. These modules will cover key skills such as self-awareness, leadership, business awareness and business knowledge. Your development will come in many different formats; from structured training events, to mentoring and responsible business (CSR) projects. The programme modules will be delivered in different geographies within EMEIA.
Graduate Business Consultant
As a Graduate Business Consultant in our Fujitsu Consulting practice, you will help our clients exploit digital technology, so that they can grow and succeed. You will be at the heart of our most important customer projects, potentially involved in developing client strategy, helping our clients use new technology in innovative ways, deriving insight from data and analytics, driving effective business change, or optimising business processes.
You will have excellent analytical and communication skills, and an inquisitive mind-set with a passion for learning and growth. Ideally you should have studied or be studying towards a technical or business related degree, however for those studying a business degree you should have demonstrable interest and knowledge in technology.
Initially joining as a Business Analyst, and with a clear career path ahead, you will receive structured training and development to build the skills you need to become an effective Business Consultant.
Location: Kista-Stockholm, Sweden
During the Graduate Programme, you will be working in a full-time job, with real targets and responsibilities.
Who are we looking for?
Our Graduate programmes are open to students who are eligible to work in Sweden and will have completed their Bachelor or Master's degree by September 2019. A degree in Information Technology, Industrial Management, Business Administration or equivalent is desirable, but not essential. We also require that you are fluent in Swedish and English.
