Mölnlycke is now hiring a Global Total Reward Specialist to our People Function. In this role you will act as key supporter and coordinator in the various areas within compensation and benefits, such as supporting and administrating the global cash and recognition programmes, including salary management, salary review budgets, short- term bonuses, plan design, cost modelling, market analysis, benefits, employee recognition and mobility programs. You will support the people community on total reward policies and processes.

This role will be based at our global HQ in Gothenburg.

Your key accountabilities will be to:
Administer and support the Performance Excellence Process (including Annual Salary Review and Short-Term Incentive Plan).
Contribute to development of new total reward policies and processes.
Support with benchmark data and associated administration linked to the annual total reward cycles, forecasts and/or projects.
Support internal and external data collection to drive harmonized total reward practice and offering, in line with the total reward strategy, across all countries, as well as maintaining HRIT systems with focus on data quality and efficiency
Provide guidance to the people community and other stakeholders on total reward policies and practices to ensure competitiveness, efficiency and compliance with applicable processes, governance and policies.

What you'll need
University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law or similar.
1 + years working experience from global working environment, preferably within areas such as total reward, mobility, payroll & HR administration and/or equivalent.
Curiosity about the total reward area and interested to learn and develop.
Analytical and insightful mindset with an ability to break down and analyze information efficiently, together with proficient data analysis and IT skills.
Good written, presentation, and verbal communication skills together with professional English proficiency, both in writing and verbal.
An action-oriented personality, one who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done, while remaining a collaborative team player.
