Job Description
One of our top objectives at H&M is to provide our customers with exceptional inspiration & guidance. In Womenswear, we are increasing our ambition levels in terms of developing aspirational, curated & elevated product presentation with impactful storytelling in all physical stores worldwide and we are now looking to strengthen our team with a key person to support us on this journey. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible to create exceptional inspiration and guidance by owning the visual presentation strategy and direction in your concepts
Deliver aspirational assortment curation to ensure seamless storytelling that is commercial and inspiring through visual presentation guidelines and commercial information
Collaborate with Regions, follow up implementation and take needed actions to ensure elevated global visual presentation level with regional variation.
Cross-collaborate to increase sales performance and drive OMNI strategies by pro-actively initiating and implementing commercial and visual presentation ideas.
Share knowledge on visual & commercial presentation and fashion scene developments by internal networking and trainings with the wider VM community.

Qualifications
As a person we believe that you are imaginative, bring new creative ideas and have exceptional fashion expertise. You thrive in a high paced environment and are able to quickly change direction and take fast decisions and actions even if information is missing. You have a strategic and visionary mindset and can contribute to set, drive and develop strategies. With your strong presentation and communication skills you are able to engage others and adapt communication based on audience and situation.
We'd love to meet someone who:
Has informal leadership experience from a visual role requiring collaboration, and co-creation with different functions and influencing others.
Experience in providing area or store teams with ideas to improve product presentation level and commercial execution in physical stores.
Exceptional fashion interest and knowledge about fashion scene, trends, tendencies, competitors and able to interpret into visual merchandising and product presentation methods in store.
Expert in practical application of visual merchandising techniques and store operations in physical stores.
Able to contribute to develop commercial strategies based on OMNI customer insights and data to improve sales & profit.
Able to drive, develop and innovate visual merchandising guidelines to ensure exceptional inspiration & guidance and commercial excellency.
Confident in using sales equation and follow-up tools.
Excellent English language skills, both written and verbally.
Fashion school degree or similar experience within the fashion industry is a plus.
