hela Sverige Oriflame is now looking for a Global Senior Pricing manager to further strengthen our team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement cross-functional Global Nominal pricing management process to ensure Value based pricing and profitability improvement
Support Category Managers in development of Category pricing strategy and Merchandising guidelines in order to grow category/brand shares and improve gross margin.
Owner of global pricing indexes used by Brand Managers for positioning the products internally within the portfolio structure and externally against competitor benchmarks.
Run the annual pricing review with Global Product Marketing to discuss category pricing strategy, brand positioning and margin growth strategy. Support Category Managers in the development of scenarios for margin growth opportunities.
Create Business cases for new brans and products to evolute sales potential in different price segments
Suggest system improvements to facilitate a value based pricing process in Commercial Marketing.
Develop new tools and functionalities in system to support Nominal pricing management
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
5+ years' experience in analysis, marketing, strategy and pricing management in Direct selling
Finance/Marketing/Strategic project management background
Strong commercial acumen and great consumer insight
Experience with pricing of a portfolio above 500 SKU's
Good knowledge of IT systems and database management, analytical & pricing software (e.g. Cognos), advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Education - Bachelor or Master degree, MBA is preferable
