We are looking for a collaborative and passionate Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Leader to manage S&OP for the Power Grids Automation and Communications Global Product Group (GPG AC). You will have the opportunity to combine strategic and operational business knowledge and be a key person in strengthening the Continuous Improvement Culture in our global business environment.
The job location is in Västerås, Sweden or Baden, Switzerland.
Your responsibilities
You will be accountable for the global GPG AC S&OP process and drive harmonization and standardization across seven operating units
Understand vision, objectives and drive improvement needs in the area of demand, supply, inventory, and capacity management to deliver business results
Drive cross-functional collaboration across the organization to balance demand and supply and meet customer service level expectations
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in sales, sourcing, finance, and operations
Ensure best practice in demand forecasting, supply planning and inventory planning
Drive and develop a harmonized S&OP system/tool landscape aligned with the global process
You will be supporting core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business
You will report to the Head of Global Operations in GPG AC
Your background
Min. Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g. supply chain, economics, business)
Several years of demonstrated experience in areas of S&OP, supply chain management and integration of business planning processes
Business acumen and basic finance knowledge
Good knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and planning tools
Strong analytical, interpretation, presentation & communication skills
Influencing, self-starter and hands on personality
Fluency in written and oral English
