But now we want to be even better! We're looking for a "Project Manager" to the Global Project department within Operations for Compact Heat Exchangers. So, what are you going to do today?
Who you are
About the jobThe Global Project Department consists of six people and is responsible for the project management of new products (NPD) and existing products (EPD) within Operations globally at all big PHE factories. The Project Manager is leading projects and coordinating different sites and functions in order to deliver the NPD and EPD projects in a timely manner.
Key tasks
Manage global projects including project planning, cost calculation, delivery and follow up.
Operational project team leadership.
Interacting and/or reporting with/to Steering Committee's, stakeholders and line managers.
What you knowWe are looking for a candidate who have an engineering degree of Master level or have experience from our products, combined with a strong business understanding.
In addtion, you:
Have experience of managing development projects, or subprojects, in an international environment.
Are familiar with working in stage-gate development processes and working with tools for planning, calculation forecasting and following up.
Are fluent in English and Swedish.
If you have experience of value stream mapping, it's a plus.
