hela Sverige Would you like to be a pivotal member of the newly formed Global Process Training Team as the planning manager responsible for scheduling and optimizing all needed training material creation and/or execution?
This role is responsible for creating and maintaining a master training plan for the entire Tetra Pak Business Transformation project portfolio.
Proper rollout training is critical for Tetra Pak to leverage the planned benefits of the millions of euro investment that we do each year towards process improvement.
As global projects continually shift timelines, the master training plan will need continuous updates and require creative solutions to ensure successful execution.
You will have two key groups of partners to coordinate with. Each global Business Transformation project manager/team and the Process Training Team Leads who will be delivering training & training content.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden and will report to Global Process Team manager, Business Transformation Office.
Main responsibilities
• Build and maintain master training plan for the BT Project Portfolio
• Coordinate with Global Process teams and BT Project managers
• Validate and manage resource forecasts both in the short term and the long term
• Drive the creation of techniques and processes designed specifically for BT Project rollout training
Support the achievement of KPI targets, including production volumes, on-time delivery, cost containment, etc.
Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree (Master would be an advantage)
• 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced business environment in global business transformation projects
• Proven track record of managing people without direct authority
• Experienced in stakeholder management
• Good knowledge on planning tools
• Excellent communication skills
To be successful in this role, you have a proven track record of planning complex schedules or project/ program management.
You can work under pressure and manage negotiations confidently and constructively. You are customer and business oriented and have a good eye for details.
Furthermore, you are passionate and have a vision on how project rollout training can be improved for our company. Finally, you are confident in working with in-direct authority.
