We'renow looking for someone who is up for the challenge to join the GroupCommunication department in Göteborg and be our next PR and Content Manager. Youwill have an important role on our dedicated communication and marketing team where cooperation,engagement, and openness is essential. In this position, you will work closely withseveral parts of the organization and inspiring colleagues from various officesaround the world.
Your role:
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, production, anddistribution of content and PR material according to defined themes andpositioning. This includes identifying the story, defining the message,producing the actual content, and making sure that it reaches the targetgroups. The main task is copywriting, but also to drive production of otherassets.
• Running content: identify and develop interestingstories, define messages and assets supporting strategic themes and offerings.It can be success stories, social media posts, or press material. The focus ison planning and copywriting but also on managing production of other supportingassets together with the team.
• Campaign content: you will be a part of the projectteam for global communication campaigns. You will manage production of press material,support stories, testimonials, and behind the scenes material.
Your profile:
You have a relevant academic degree and previous experience from asimilar role. Perhaps you have a background from journalism, PR, or contentmarketing. You should be used to producing text and other material with shortdeadlines. Experience from working in an international context is preferable,including use of tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Wordpress and Apsis. Fluentwriting in Swedish is required.
As a person you are positive, driven, and have a passion forcommunication. This role will mean working closely with several parts of Semcon.Therefore it is necessary to have good social skills with layers of flexibilityand creativity - without losing the communicative edge. An interest intechnology and human behaviour will make your work here more fun.
