Your mission
As Global Online Business grows, we need to strengthen the team with a Finance Operations Order to Cash Operations Expert. For this role you will work with Care by Volvo, Finance Operations team supporting delivery teams in complex finance and finance related matters and issues within the Order to Cash process. It is important that you are detail oriented and ensure customer invoicing is correct and easy to understand in assigned markets. You will take accountability and drive finance operations improvement projects and support new market implementations within the Order to Cash process. You are thorough in a thought threw way and will correct complex errors in the Order to Cash area in transactional systems and follow up on backlogs.
We work in a highly collaborative environment within the online sales, including, but not limited to working with the Commercial teams to ensure campaigns and discounts are implemented correctly.
You will also
* Set requirements towards IT for development in Order to Cash systems incl. performing test/UAT
* Perform training for implemented Order to Cash processes
* Align with the overall group Global Process Owner in the Order to Cash process
Who you are
You take accountability, both for your own direct area of responsibility, and the success of the team. In your previous role you have experience from working in projects, designing and improving processes and change management. You are analytical as well as operational, hands-on and enjoy new challenges in a complex environment. Moreover, you like to systemize and improve ways of working. If you are the investigative type that also can build strong relationships, dare being bold, with integrity, and curiosity as guiding star, then you might want to apply to this role and join us on our journey.
To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include
* Bachelor's degree within finance
* Worked with operational finance in an international firm for at least 3 years
* Accounting competence, e.g. in order to be able to set requirements on IT development
* Practical experience in finance ERP systems, preferable S4Hana and Miles
* Fluent in English
