Your mission
In the role of Global Market Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global strategies, supported by behaviors and continuous competence development in central and local pricing functions.
Generating optimized price performance is the golden key. You need to drive and foster a collaborative and effective approach, balancing market demands and company requirements, throughout all price execution and implementation related activities. You will be counted as the representative of the secure processes for continuous flow of relevant market intelligence to and from the company.
As well as being a member of a global team, your managerial role includes responsibility over approximately 5 direct reports that you will engage, motivate, and coach to create lasting results with a positive customer-oriented attitude. This role will be directly reporting to the Global Pricing Manager and is part of global pricing team.
Your profile
You have a relevant university degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Marketing, Economy) or equivalent competence through work experience. You must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in price management and implementation, as well as strategy or analytics. You have a proven track record of leadership and change management in a global organization.
Your analytical capabilities, with a proven business acumen and customer orientation, creates buy-in on various levels of the organization through excellent communication and networking skills. To achieve this, you need a strong command in English, both spoken and written. Your presentations need to be clear and convincing.
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
