Global Lead Auditor & BMS Process Manager
At PURCHASING, you are part of a global team with the mission to develop and maintain a world-class supplier base. As GLOBAL LEAD AUDITOR & BMS PROCESS MANAGER within the Purchasing strategy & Business office you will be a part of the department that initiates and leads the strategic work, process management, and Operational development (IT tools). We are also managing the governance processes, audits & management control on behalf of Purchasing. In this role you will be Global lead auditor for Purchasing and responsible for Process management linked to VCC (Volvo Car Corporation) Business management system (BMS), GIS coordinator (Global Information Standards)and the Purchasing Business Continuity plan.
Job profile:
• Plan and lead the work with Purchasing audit strategy
• Plan global audit schedules, perform audits with global perspective
• Collaborate with process owners, line managers and other parties regarding audit schedule, scope and results
• Follow applicable audit requirements in line with corporate and local internal audit procedures and standards
• As BMS process manager, lead and develop process management linked to VCC Business management system. Support implementation of new working methods
• Act as Purchasing GIS coordinator and help managers, process owners and co-workers to understand the requirements of certain documents and processes
• Lead and maintain the work with Purchasing Business Continuity plan and support work for crisis management team
• Act proactive in VCC cross functional networks
• The position requires overseas travelling to some extent.
Your profile:
• A minimum of 3 years work experience in relevant field for the position
• Experience of leading audit work
• Good knowledge of ISO Standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong in strategic planning, execution and documentation
• Extensive Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Master of Science or equivalent work experience in described competence area
• Meritorious is if you have a "Lead auditor certification"
