Global Key Account Manager
As Global Key Account Manager you will play an active role in identifying prospective new market growth opportunities to achieve sales targets and business objectives for Graniten on the Global Pharma and Health Care sector with a primary focus on the European market.
You will have a central role in business development, B2B sales and with a broad technical understanding you will identify where Graniten solutions and services will benefit new and existing clients.

Background And Skills
To be successful in this role, we want you to have a clear drive and significant sales experience in Business-to-Business, preferably from product development, production or engineering offerings within the Pharmaceutical industry. You need to have a good understanding of technology and technological innovation as well as opportunities to understand the customer's needs, challenges and requirements. We want you to feel comfortable managing, conducting business and business strategy in an international environment, and being able to act as the customer's representative internally. We also see that you are a very good communicator and have excellent ability to build long lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Define activities and implement strategies to create sales.
- Proactively target, identify and contact potential new clients.
- Analyze markets, clients and development product-market-fit for Graniten portfolio.
- Working with the Graniten teams to develop and promote attractive value propositions, sales presentations, and bids.
- Actively create and build close relationships with management, engineering, production procurement and purchasing department at prospective client accounts.
- Close collaboration with Product & Technologies leaders, Project Office and Business area directors at Graniten.
- Coordinating and managing the sales process from the initial conversation through to the project handover.
- The position will require frequent travels to customers on the European market.
Personal qualification
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 Years sales experience in the B2B, especially with accounts in Europe.
- Proven track record of sales and account management.
- The ability to execute strategies skillfully involving multiple stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, result oriented, customer focused.
- Team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent listening and communication skills - English and Swedish fluency required.
- Ability to travel frequently.
