You are a future leader within Ericsson that is interested in starting your career in the area of project management within Research and Development. We can offer you a position in a Product Development Unit that is responsible for development of the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) and the User Data Management system.
The Product Development Unit consists of over 1100 employees and is a global organization with main governance in Sweden and with operations in Sweden, Spain, Hungary, China and Canada.
You will become a member of a team of project managers that are managing central product development projects within the Product Development Unit. Your first job will be to work in one of the projects close to the project manager with supporting or assisting tasks and then develop from there to finally take on your own project. We expect you to have strong leadership skills, be flexible and act with high passion and drive.
• The candidate's academic background is Master of Science (or equivalent) in the fields of Engineering, Computer Science and information technology - preferably with specialization in telecommunication.
• The candidates are to be newly graduated (with a maximum of 18 months working experience after graduation).
• The candidate must be very motivated and interested in working in the research and development area.
• The candidate should have leadership potential and the desire to be a future leader within R&D. He/She will be assessed against the Leadership Framework Competencies selected for the Program. The candidate will be assessed against the following competencies:

• The candidate must have a global attitude and both the desire and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• The candidate has to be fluent in English and preferably speak two or more other languages.
