PDU Evolved Infrastructure is a product development unit within DU Core and IMS.
PDU EI is a corner stone of Ericsson Core and IMS solutions as well as GSM solutions. Securing a successful evolution of the next generation mobile network.
The PDU consists of over 1400 employees and is a global organization with main governance in Sweden, but with operations in Hungary, Italy, China, Canada, Croatia, India, Russia, Australia and Vietnam.

As a Software Developer in PDU EI you work in a competence driven organization with empowered and flexible teams that focus on the customer. We are using Agile practices and the teams work with feature development including system analysis, software design and software test. Innovation is part of our daily work.
• The candidate's academic background is Master of Science (or equivalent) in the fields of Engineering, Computer Science and information technology - preferably with specialization in telecommunication.
• The candidates are to be newly graduated (with a maximum of 18 months working experience after graduation).
• The candidate must be very motivated and interested in working in the research and development area.
• The candidate should have leadership potential and the desire to be a future leader within R&D. He/She will be assessed against the Leadership Framework Competencies selected for the Program. The candidate will be assessed against the following competencies:

• The candidate must have a global attitude and both the desire and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• The candidate has to be fluent in English and preferably speak two or more other languages.
• Good knowledge in C/C++
• Good knowledge in software development including software design or software test activities
