Mölnlycke is now looking for a Global Communications Manager who thinks it is as important as we do, to strive for better wound care and aspire to a world where patients are free from the burden of wounds.
In this position you'll be working within Chronic Wound Management & Healing based out of our headquarters in Gothenburg.

About the job
We are looking for a strategic communicator and organised planner, who will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive, global communication plan for the chronic wounds market segment.
This role acts on a global level and interacts with many stakeholders in both markets and at the headquarters.
You play a crucial role in fostering consistency, collaboration, and alignment of communication programs with our strategic priorities.
You will develop impactful programs to promote Mölnlycke products, services, and brand to a wide audience with a focus on building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and ultimately contributing to the organization's growth and success.

These are the main accountabilities for this position
You'll be responsible for building a progressive, multichannel communication strategy to increase customer reach, interaction and engagement, together with a yearly communication plan.
You'll ensure consistency in approach, liaising with communication managers from corporate and other business areas, to ensure we are relevant, impactful, and always keep customer behaviours & experience top of mind.
You'll manage global marketing communication programs that support the business and you ensure that all activities from brief to delivery are in time, within budget, with cross functional teams that are adequately resourced.
You'll lead on appropriate utilisation of SoMe channels & social listening to identify customer journey trends. Drive and facilitate the usage of digital assets and channels for external communication.
You'll develop communication packages for defined target groups for products/wound types & portfolio solutions based on customer journey and customer behaviour insights.
You'll ensure that communication objectives are met in close cooperation with Global Product Managers (GPMs), Global Marketing Managers (GMMs) & Global Marketing Director (GMD).
You'll analyse the return on investment (ROI) of different media approaches together with other communication managers and share best practice across markets.
You will lead and manage the contact with regards to communication and media agencies in partnership with other communication managers.

What you'll need
This role leads through influence and requires a blend of strategic thinking, marketing expertise, and strong communication skills. Therefor we would like you to have this capabilities, qualifications and experience:
A Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is typically the minimum requirement.
• 5 years practical experience from marketing and communications preferably within the healthcare sector.
Experience with value proposition development, creative campaign deployment and product launches from working in an international/global position.
Experience of working with communication and media agencies.
Experience of developing marketing communications and related processes.
Project management experience incl. allocated resources.
Experience from a local market is a plus.
High proficiency in English language, additional languages are a plus.
Demonstrated experience in marketing principles and strategies, including digital marketing, branding and brand management, content marketing, and product positioning.
Digital marketing knowledge & experience of multi-channel communication and campaigns based on customer journeys.
Informal leadership skills - ability to work well in a cross functional environment, motivating, inspiring and empowering others to perform.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Has the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders in different regions, as well as being a strong team player in Global Marketing.
Ability to develop and implement global marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business goals. Analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated project management skills to oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including setting timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring deliverables are met.
