Tasks and responsibilities:

In this role, you, with other German-speaking colleagues, are responsible for ensuring the best service to retailers and end customers in the German market. The customer service team consist of 8 team members who all have different competence and areas of responsibilities. Together, everyone has a common responsibility to handle our customers issues. The issues vary from questions concerning the physical product, our smartphone app, warranty questions to complaints. You have customer contact via CRM system, e-mail, chat and telephone. You are expected to take on, familiarize yourself with and help with the technical issues that concern both the physical product and the app.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• Experience of working with customer support
• You express yourself fluently in speech and writing in German and in Swedish or English
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Experience of working with CRM systems
