Freespee is a marketing automation technology that turns phone calls in online user events that are accessible and useful for online marketing. Freespee users can route the collected data to hundreds of 3rd party analytics and marketing tools with the flick of a switch.

The data is used to allocate marketing budgets most effectively and create relevant experiences for online customers. Founded by Swedish VoIP (voice over Internet protocol) executives in 2009, Freespee is headquartered in London.

The Swedish office is located in the heart of Uppsala, literally 3 min from the railway station and approximately 40 minutes with train from Stockholm. In Uppsala a team of twenty-five driven and entrepreneurial co-workers, working in a fast paced, open minded and fun atmosphere.

As Customer Success Manager at Freespee you will lead the post-sales efforts towards our customers.  You will need to become a Freespee platform expert so you can speak, and teach, intelligently on the value and usage of each part of the Freespee offering.

You will be an important part of Freespee’s organisation and to increase the business towards are main markets. Your main task is to ensure smooth handoffs from Sales to OnBoarding and from OnBoarding to Customer Success. This means that you will create and execute on a strategic plan for each of your customer. To be successful in this position you must have a genuine interest in finding the pain of the customer and how it affects their ability to achieve better results. As a CSM you will provide coaching and education to improve adoption of the Freespee product by each and every customer. You will deliver best practices to customers to help improve their overall value that Freespee brings. Build value-based relationships with customers and ensuring that they remain Freespee customers. Field Product Management – bringing intelligent product feedback and recommendations from customers back to the Freespee engineering team. Participate in developing and delivering world-class processes for executing Customer Success. State of the art data analyst skills and ability to find patterns are crucial for success. Renewals – negotiating and closing renewals with existing customers.

The position is based in Uppsala, Sweden but includes responsibility for the German market. This means that you need to be close to native in both English and German.   

Experience and competency

To become a part of the successful Freespee team you have to have a passion for helping companies be better at delivering state of the art customer experience. You have to have a desire to create better solutions and having at least 2 years in a customer-facing role as CSM or Account Manager, preferably at a SaaS company or Media Agency.
