We are recruiting Triumph's next General Manager for Scandinavia, who can further enhance the premium profile of the brand, increase the awareness and consideration levels for Triumph, and play a pivotal role in helping Triumph achieve its local and global ambitions. We are looking for someone who will thrive on the challenge of building upon and already strong market position in Scandinavia and will strive to deliver further growth for Triumph within its Nordic markets.
Your key objectives as General Manager include the achievement of budgeted goals for sales and revenue, the optimisation of the organisation's performance and making sure the team is motivated and operating effectively. Leadership of the Triumph dealer network is also central to role as it is critical to the delivery of premium customer experiences and the achievement of market share objectives. Finally, you will act as the point of contact with global senior management who will regularly receive reports concerning subsidiary business and performance.
Din Profil
For this position we would like you to be degree qualified with a minimum number of 10 years with a vehicle manufacturer or national sales company. Furthermore, you will need a good knowledge and understanding of brands and marketing as well as financial skills, understanding of both national sales company and Dealer accounting including management accounts. You have also previous experience of developing and implementing change to boost business performance.
A lot of emphasis will be put on your attributes and capabilities. You are a strategic thinker with a clear vision and strong reasoning skills. On top of that you have great passion for leading people and are naturally empathetic and inspirational where you act as a team player. You are tough but always fair and lead by example.
