Our client is now looking for a Senior Game Operation Specialist in order to work in a project with one of the worlds most famous mobile games. OM TJÄNSTEN
As a Operation Specialist in the famous mobile game team, you will be working with varied stakeholders in a fun, dynamic and fast-paced environment. You'll help our client to further develop expertise of the configurable aspect of the live client and enable ops to execute at higher speed. You'll ensure the best experience is delivered to the mobile players and be part of a community of 100+ business intelligence & analytics experts and also data scientists.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
• Manage the process and workflow for releasing new content as well as setting up and monitoring A/B tests
• In collaboration with data scientists, strategise new approaches, A/B tests, and improvements for LiveOps and content in order to maximise long- term effectiveness
• Understand KPI's and the business of games
• Work across disciplines within the live environment to move tasks and initiatives forward
• Solve problems in a live game environment
• Responsible to make sure that bugs in the live games are remedied
• Monitor the performance of promotions and events, and their impact on retention and revenue
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• An independent and driven leader with experience in game development
• Demonstrate analytical and data- informed decision making
• Extremely high attention to detail
• Be proficient with tools and systems for setting up and managing LiveOps
• Driver of a positive team culture, encouraging open feedback, and an environment that boosts engagement, ownership, and accountability
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
