Job description:
Power BI (PBI) is targeted as front-end tool in several assignments and we need to add seniority in this area. We are establishing almost all our PBI-solutions via a tabular model residing on a SSAS-server. Therefore skills within tabular model design is as well as experience in DAX-syntax is crucial. The resource needs to be able to work individually in understanding business needs as well as resolving the same. Also being comfortable in taking lead role within an assignment area (front-end). You will be supported by design principles and architectural guidelines. You will act as a developer in one/several project in where Power BI has been chosen as front-end tool. Your main focus will be in establishing tabular models with close cooperation with business stakeholders. You also need to be able to support end-users in how to consume Power BI Pro-content from O365-perspective to establish a solid and working end-user community with clear governance.
Required skills:
A service minded person with customer focus although strong belief in following agreed design principles for solid design. Technical experiences: SSAS-tabular model design in a datamarket layer Deep experience in DAX syntax Power BI -development and GUI-skills
