hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2014-09-12Dina arbetsuppgifterWe are now recruiting a Nordic Marketing and Insurance Specialist to Forso Nordic.
There are four dimensions of the job:
• Business Development: Drive the development and implementation of Finance and Insurance products. This includes support of the Payment protection insurance (PPI) launch throughout the four Nordic locations. It also includes optimising of the portfolio of existing products in the Nordics by making it available to other markets as well as developing packages adding value to customers. You will also lead and coordinate pre-projects to obtain approval of new products.
• Routine: Be the Forso owner of all insurance related matters including budgeting, forecasting and actual reporting. This also includes update of country plans, adaptation of training material, insurance reporting and best practices sharing.
• Relationship: Work close with Ford regional management and with the Forso Country managers to understand the Ford and Mazda strategy and the needs of their customers. Manage relationships at Nordic level with key European Insurance providers.
• Compliance, Control and Governance: Ensure that all Marketing and Insurance operations operate within Nordics legal and regulatory requirements and frameworks. Ensure that development of country plans is in line with current principles and that all insurance operations provide accurate and timely management and information as required.
Vem är du?
We are looking for you with a University degree in economics or other related field. You have 5+ years of experience from working in the Automotive, finance or Insurance industry or equivalent. You also have previous experience from working with distribution through dealers. You have excellent skills in project management including MS Project and are fluent in English both oral and written. As a person you are adaptable, drive for results and always deliver on time. You are also self-propelled, structured and with a passion for customers. You also have very good interpersonal skills as well as presentation skills.

You are offered an interesting role in an international company. The role is based in the Gothenburg office but includes travelling mainly within the Nordic countries.
