Forenom specializes in temporary accommodation solutions and relocation services. The company was founded in 2001 and currently employs 250 talented housing industry professionals. Forenom has grown exponentially in the past few years, creating a new kind of flexibility to the Scandinavian rental market. Forenom is the market leader in the Nordics and is headed to change the real estate market in Northern Europe. We are proud to announce our first International Trainee Program:
The idea is to find and unite top talent from all Scandinavian countries. The program starts off with a 6 month period spent with our most experienced team in Finland. After the initial phase, we will offer different development routes all across the Nordics.
The qualities we are looking for:
• Creative, smart and courageous individuals, who are not afraid to challenge the norm
• Result-driven, persistent people, who are willing to go the extra mile
• People who are not afraid to be themselves. We value individuals as themselves, and take care of our community

• A hands-on, down to earth attitude
Requirements:
• Passion and general awesomeness
• Communicate openly and clearly (English and any of the Scandinavian languages)
• Some experience and/or knowledge in Real Estate, Hospitality industry, Sales, Marketing or Interior Design
• Have (or almost finished with) an appropriate Bachelor Degree or equivalent practical experience
• Flexibility to travel for short or long periods within the Nordics
