WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are looking for Flow / Capacity Business Developers to work within the Supply Planning unit in the e2e Flow Planning & Enablers Value Stream as part of the Flow/Capacity Business Development team. The main goal of the team is to leverage the Global Supply Planning toolkit and to further develop it in order to address Regional needs in a way that we enable reliable Customer Promise and availability without compromising logistics costs and enabling profitable availability and better stock to sale ratio. We co-develop, co-implement, and secure scalable global Supply Planning solutions that are relevant to the Regions for them to deliver sales in a profitable way.
You are a great cross-functional team player with excellent communication and leadership skills with a drive for strategic as well as operational excellence to co-design-deliver e2e flow methods (process, tech, org) that are sustainable. You enjoy re-defining the "status quo" infuse by outside-in perspectives, making them happen in a very cross-functional collaborative way, enjoying tracking performance towards expected value in a structural way. You have a good understanding of end-to-end supply flows, its interdependencies and are skilled in data & analytics to drive decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Based on the H&M Brand Plan and Supply Chain game plan: co-lead, co-define, refine and/or support targeted e2e product flow BU/Region interventions to maximize its cash-cost-sales equation (i.e. Supply Chain triangle) in the short-mid-long term towards P&L needs in collaboration with Supply Planning Value streams, Regional and Global - Merchandising, Logistics, Controlling - and with relevant Assortment teams.
Secure that functional, cross-functional and programs interdependencies are identified and harmonized to secure synergies, leverage scale, and avoid duplications, i.e. 360 approach: tech, process, org.
Establish and secure strong cross-functional collaboration approach to secure design, alignment, execution and delivery of joint e2e product flow interventions.
Program management capabilities for cross-functional supply chain program inclusive of key business and tech stakeholders.
Ownership of the progress and communication of cross functional KPIs related to interventions and collaborations with key stakeholders to define the best actions to achieve targeted results .
Drive active research and benchmarking against industries best practices and competitive trends to identify emerging opportunities and strategic areas of interest related to integrated e2e flows optimization.
Ensure risk management is effectively integrated in initiatives and cross-functional use-cases that are put forward which require resources investment.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
In this role you will report to Erika Linton, E2E FLOW PLANNING & ENABLERS Value Stream manager.
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful in the role we believe you have:
5+ experience within Supply Planning, Inventory Management e-com and/or Store.
University degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering or similar knowledge from experience.
Preferably you have experience in Logistics and/or Sourcing, Operations, Networks.
Proven leadership experience, with experience from leading in change.
Very strong cross functional collaboration skills and very comfortable working on matrix task teams.
Project management and senior expertise that combines the "what" and the "how".
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into clear insights and take data-driven decisions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven operational excellence record.

We do this by leading the development, implementation and follow up of supply planning strategies, processes, and technology. Our way to approach the work to deliver exponential value is via Value Streams, e2e Value Stream and Supply Value Stream, and integration of Reverse Supply Operations.
